Returns & Exchanges
We can cancel your order, if we haven't shipped it yet. If we have already shipped your order, we won't be able to stop the shipment and unfortunately, cannot cancel your order. You may still be able to return the product after you receive it.
Our policy lasts 14 calendar days. You may return the product for a refund (or exchange) within 14 days after delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as received. It must also be in the original packaging (if applicable). To complete your return, we may require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping cost, unless you have received the wrong product, or the product has been lost or damaged during the shipping. If you have received the wrong product or if your product has been damaged during shipment, please inform us as soon as possible and within 5 calendar days of receiving the item.
Refunds (If applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the return is approved, we will process it promptly and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or your original method of payment within the next few days.
Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless you have received the wrong product or the product has been damaged during the shipping.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of the above and you still have not received a refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Sale items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable):
If you changed your mind and like to exchange your purchased item with another colour, size or design, we will be happy to help. However, you'll be responsible for the shipping cost of returning the original item.
If the item was marked a gift at the time of the purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. You’ll be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Depending on the destination address, the time it will take you to receive your order may vary. Please contact us for more details.

You will be responsible for the return shipping cost, unless you have received the wrong product or the product has been damaged during the shipping in which case you need to inform us as soon as possible and within 5 calendar days of receiving the item.
We will not be responsible for lost items. Please use reliable shipping methods in the case of any returns for a refund or exchange.
